Conrad has already become an industry leader in the single-family property management world. He is one of the founding members and past president of the Washington, D.C. chapter of the National Association of Property Management (NARPM). Conrad also holds a Designation of Realtor and Residential Management Professional (RMP®) and is working toward his Master Property Manager(MPM®). Ultimately, his passion and personality help owners and investors preserve and build wealth through their properties.

Along his journey of self-discovery, he has come to realize that serving a community is both a privilege and a genuine source of joy. His primary goal is to bring this joy to others through his work.
