you'll receive a $250 referral fee once we start collecting rent from the resident.
How does it work?
Simple introductions go a long way. Feel free to provide us with the contact details of prospective property owners you think could benefit from our services. Alternatively, encourage the owners you're referring to mention your full name when they reach out to us by calling 202.803.7200 or emailing conrad@ejfrealestate.com.
We’ll keep you updated once we make contact, upon their signing of our management agreement, and once the unit has been leased. You'll receive the Referral Fee as a token of our appreciation.
Conditions:
- ✓ You must be a registered realtor to participate in this program.
- ✓ The referral fee is only paid out, once EJF begins receiving rental payments from the Tenant.
